In this class, emphasis will be placed on conditioning and strength exercises both on and off the pole, while building a strong foundation of introductory and beginner pole moves (including floorwork). A 30-minute program for 2 to 4 year-olds, with a participating adult, filled with stories, games, songs and finger plays. Ages 2 – 4
