
For this Winter Solstice special class we’ll explore the element of air and the light within and we’ll include some extra self-massage/myofascial release techniques.
Spiral Flow Yoga is a nourishing, slow-paced practice that blends intuitive movement, breathwork, and nervous system care to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. Designed to counter the wear and tear of our fast-paced, overstimulated world, this class invites you to stretch, soften, and strengthen as you unfurl at your own pace—with no pressure to push, perform, or achieve.
Each session weaves together gentle strength-building, spinal mobility, and tension relief—especially through the neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back. You’ll explore practices that activate the vagus nerve, expand breath capacity, and support resilience from the inside out. Each class is shaped by participant requests so no two classes are the same, but each one is thoughtfully sequenced to offer an empowering and replenishing experience—for every body and every experience level.
Offered with a trauma-informed lens, Spiral Flow empowers you to choose what feels right in your body, moment to moment. Whether you’re here to regulate, release, or simply be, you’ll leave feeling grounded, resourced, and more fully embodied
