
Come as you are and move in ways that feel true to you. This Sarah and Gwyn are teaming up for this quarter’s Queer Yoga offering. Sarah will offer yoga for heart opening and hips/psoas release, complemented by Gwyn’s self-compassion focused meditation. Come love your body as we move, breathe, connect and transform the way we show up for ourselves and each other.
Queer Yoga experience centers queer brilliance, radical self-love, and the healing power of community. We’ll begin with a playlist full of queer musical icons—voices that celebrate authenticity, resilience, and joy.
Through gentle, restorative movement, we’ll ground into our bodies, release shame, and reconnect with the fluid, limitless selves we were never meant to hide. This is a space to rest, breathe, and feel—no performance, no pressure, just presence.
