Myofascial Release: A Self-Love, Self-Massage Workshop

Radical Love Banner

Fascia is a connective tissue network woven throughout the entire body, surrounding muscles and organs and helping everything work together. Over time, fascia can become tight, sticky, or dehydrated due to stress, repetitive movement, injury, inactivity, or simply living in a body in the world.
In this workshop, we’ll explore myofascial release as both a practical tool and a practice of self-care. Using tennis balls and simple techniques, we’ll gently work with the feet, hips, glutes, upper and lower back, neck, and face—supporting greater ease, mobility, and awareness.

Along the way, we’ll learn to listen closely to our bodies, honor boundaries, and practice being gentle rather than forceful. This is not about “fixing” yourself—it’s about offering care and support to the body you already have.

This two-hour workshop includes a brief, accessible overview of fascial lines and self-massage guidelines, followed by ample time for guided release and integration. You’ll leave with practical take-home tools to support how you move, breathe, and feel in daily life.
Everything you need is provided. Come as you are, and leave behind some of what you’ve been carrying.
