Beginner Pole

In this class, emphasis will be placed on conditioning and strength exercises both on and off the pole, while building a strong foundation of introductory and beginner pole moves (including floorwork).

Recommended attire is close-fitting shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Please plan on dancing barefoot, or in pleaser heels.

You’ll build strength, flexibility, and self-confidence as you learn spins, poses, and transitions in a welcoming space filled with empowering energy and great music.
