The Umbrella Sky Project is back in Downtown Bangor — and we invite you to celebrate with us beneath our own piece of this vibrant, world-renowned art installation. Join us on Friday, June 6, from 5–7 PM for Night Under the Umbrella Sky, a free, family-friendly event that brings community together under a canopy of color, sponsored by Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
During Night Under the Umbrella Sky, Cross Street will once again be transformed into a joyful pedestrian space with:
• Live music
• Sweet treats
• Giveaways and community activities
• Unique public art and photo opportunities
This globally recognized outdoor art installation, inspired by Mary Poppins, has brought whimsy and energy to cities around the world — and continues to make its mark here in Bangor.
