The Twisted Swing Big Band is a community big band made up of Penobscot County area musicians and is hosted by the Center Drive School in Orrington, Maine.
Our mission is to not only provide some much-needed “chop time” for the band members, but more importantly, to inspire younger generations of jazz musicians and support local music programs. The Twisted Swing Big Band is an invitational group for more advanced musicians performing a wide variety of incredible jazz music.
