The Senior Community Service Employment program will offer a half-hour information session on Wednesday, April 29 at 1 PM in the Computer Lab at the Bangor Public Library, to share information about their program with older adults who are looking to re-enter the workforce but aren’t sure where to start. All are welcome to come and learn more about this program.
The Senior Community Service Employment program is an internship-style workforce development opportunity for folks who are 55+, low income, and unemployed. They partner with other organizations to provide participants with paid internships and teach them modern computer skills and much, much more.
