This workshop blends a gentle, grounding yoga practice with guided reflection and group exploration to help you better understand and embody your unique strengths. Using the CliftonStrengths framework, participants will explore how their natural talents show up in their bodies, relationships, and decision-making—supporting clearer, more compassionate self-leadership. No prior experience with yoga or CliftonStrengths is required; participants will complete the assessment in advance and bring their results to the workshop.
