If you’re coming from Southern Maine…
- 95 North to exit 182A to merge onto I-395 E/ME-15 S toward Bangor-Brewer/U.S. 1A/ME-9 for approximately 1 Mile
- Take exit 3B for U.S. 1A E/US-202 E/Downtown Bangor
- Turn right at U.S. 1A E/U.S. 202 E/Main Street and continue to follow approximately 1 Mile. (Main Street runs through the heart of downtown Bangor).
If you’re coming from Northern Maine…

By Airplane
The Bangor International Airport is only a few miles away from the center of Downtown, easily accessible via local transit or cab.
By Bus
Concord Coach Lines is located a little under 2.5 miles outside of Downtown. Its proximity to the airport and along the busy Union Street, provides a multitude of transportation options for getting into Downtown quickly and easily.
By Local Transit
Community Connector is the Bangor region’s local transit with routes getting you everywhere you need to go. From its hub in Downtown you can venture throughout the City and even up to the University of Maine at Orono with the Black Bear Express.
