Want to create some family memories? Then plan on heading over to the Cross Insurance Center on Saturday, Feb. 7, for the annual Valentine’s Daughter Dance, organized by Bangor Parks and Recreation. It will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the CIC. Doors open at 6 p.m. for photos.
The night is designed for fathers and daughters (grades pre-K through 7). But if Dad can’t make it, then another special someone (18 or older) is welcome to come join the fun. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased in person at Parks & Rec offices at 647 Main St., from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The price for Bangor residents is $35 per couple, and add $10 for each additional daughter. Price for nonresidents is $45 per couple, and $12 for each additional daughter. For more information, give Parks & Rec a call at 207-992-4490.
