Here’s the description I wrote “If you want to be more flexible then you’ve come to the right place!

Stretch & Flex will help you reach your goals of that all mighty perfect split and conquer the unrivaled strength of your unstretched hamstrings. The goal of this class is to teach healthy and safe stretches to slowly develop flexibility and strength. Variations will be provided to make stretches less or more intense based on your personal skill level and comfortability. Clothing should be something comfortable that you can stretch in.”
