The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s (AFSP) Out of the Darkness Campus Walks engage students in the fight to prevent suicide—the third leading cause of death among people ages 15-24. By walking and fundraising, you’re joining our lifesaving efforts to show others that they are not alone and that prevention is possible. Together, we’ll take strides to help save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.

*We encourage participants to fundraise in support of AFSP’s mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide. Participants that raise $100 by Walk Day will receive a 2026 Campus Walk t-shirt. All proceeds raised are used to fund innovative research, implement educational programs, advocate for public policy, and provide local prevention and loss support.
