Beginner Pole

In this class, emphasis will be placed on conditioning and strength exercises both on and off the pole, while building a strong foundation of introductory and beginner pole moves (including floorwork). Recommended attire: Close-fitting shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Please plan on dancing barefoot, OR in pleaser heels. Mondays 6-7pm
