DESCRIPTION:RESECHEDULED to May 14th at 5:30 pm\n\n\n\nWe heard that som
 e folk wanted to take a walk but had to work mid-day\, so we've added an
  evening walk.\n\n\n\nYou’re cordially invited for an early evening\, 
 one-mile weird walkin’ wander through Downtown Bangor whilst dressed t
 o the nines. It's a fine time for a PROM-enade to celebrate the season w
 hen many teens are dressing up for formals. Whether you're sporting that
  fine powder blue tux or simply a carnation in your lapel\, we'll be tak
 ing a fancy-dress walk followed by some fancy behavior in west market sq
 uare. (Practice that Beauty Queen Wave!) \n\n\n\nWeird Walkin' Wednesday
 s are an excuse to dress up\, have fun\, get outside\, raise a little ru
 ckus\, and walk a mile in the process. Costumes are encouraged but optio
 nal. Everyone’s welcome to walk\, roll\, or stroll together during the
 se free events.\n\n\n\n1. Don your fancy duds and floofy dresses\, top h
 ats\, tiaras\, or tutus\n\n\n\n(Or not! Everyone’s welcome to walk\, r
 oll\, or stroll! whether in or out of costume!)\n\n\n\n2. Meet in West M
 arket Square 5:30 pm\n\n\n\n3. Walk a one-mile route together\n\n\n\n4. 
 Act fancy together and wave at passerby\n\n\n\n5. Disperse in good cheer
 \n\n\n\n...while you're all dressed up\, wouldn't it be a great idea to 
 go get a fancy beverage and some little treats at one of the many deligh
 tful Downtown dining establishments?
