Hiking Yoga
with The Spiral Goddess Collective

Thursdays August 15 through September 26, 6:00pm-7:00ish
Take your yoga outdoors with a stroll through the urban landscape of downtown Bangor and its embedded natural features as well as its unique arts, culture, and community. Hiking yoga provides a sensory and collective experience, observing the sights, sounds, scents, and happenings along our accessible route.* Social connections, histories and hidden gems, embodied movement, conscious breath in the fresh air, and reverence and gratitude for the land where we live, work, love, grow, explore, and connect are all a part of this donation-based practice.
Donations will be accepted for the Spiral Goddess Collective Care Fund and Wabanaki Public Health & Wellness, an organization that provides a variety of programs and services toward healing land, community, culture, and the minds and bodies of Wabanaki people in and beyond Bangor.
*The Hiking Yoga route is accessible to wheelchairs and children are welcome (accompanied by an adult). Rain or shine!
